Beginning May 21, 2014, DOT drivers will be required to obtain their Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) physical examination from a certified medical examiner that is listed on the National Registry. The National Registry is a newer program of the FMCSA, whose primary mission is to improve and enhance the safety of commercial drivers. Our affiliates physicians are certified to perform medical examinations. In addition to drug and alcohol testing, we also perform DOT physicals and other pre and post-employment physicals in Charleston, WV, to provide the information for a Company to evaluate an employee’s health.
